Cleansing Tips

for fewer side effects and a fab experience :)
3 days before and after:

try to eliminate or at least cut back on meat, dairy, processed foods, wheat, sugar, soy, caffeine, smoking, and alcohol.

 

drink a lot of purified water, at least 6 tall glasses a day. try to avoid plastic bottles, if possible.​

 
During your cleanse:

get plenty of rest.

 

move in the fresh air.

 

savor each drink… it is so natural, clean, refreshing, delicious and nutritious.

 

take your juice with you in a cooler so it is always handy and you won’t be tempted or left hungry.

 

be in awe of how little your body actually needs to sustain itself. 

 

relish in the light, clear feeling.
